We are a Peruvian company, manufacturers of melamine furniture, experiencing steady growth in the market; we are seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for our plant located in Villa El Salvador. **JOB MISSION** Ensure efficient execution of the production process, complying with the company’s established quality, safety, and productivity standards; coordinate and optimize production operations, ensuring appropriate use of resources, materials, and technical assets to meet production schedules. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education**: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. **Knowledge**: Experience supervising production processes; experience managing operational staff; knowledge of quality control, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement. **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. **Competencies**: Safety standards; Management indicators (KPIs); continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing); advanced Excel / Power BI proficiency; knowledge of Operations Management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily work targets (target hours or tasks), promoting efficient work practices. * Prepare daily production reports to monitor achievement of volume, performance, efficiency, and scrap objectives, and propose continuous improvement actions. * Analyze key production indicators (OEE, waste, efficiency, rework, etc.) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Calculate operational ratios (speed). * Supervise and control inventories of assigned tools, materials, and work equipment. * Supervise plant cleaning operations—including utensils and machinery—at the start and end of production. * Ensure that team leaders have the necessary information to guarantee correct and efficient execution of production operations. * Conduct training sessions for staff on occupational health and safety (OHS), processes, and other relevant topics, coordinated in advance with the Production Manager. * Support training of operational staff and team leaders under your supervision. * Supervise operational staff to ensure optimal performance in accordance with production and quality standards. * Supervise final products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Accompany quality personnel during internal audits in the absence of the Production Manager. * Supervise collection of product scrap for subsequent destruction, coordinated in advance with management. * Supervise proper completion of process forms and timely submission as scheduled. * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **WORK CONDITIONS** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Corporate discounts. * 70% food allowance coverage. * Personal protective equipment (PPE).
