We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Execute and support comprehensive project control **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support for project control from the mechanical discipline perspective, ensuring physical progress, schedule, cost, and productivity tracking aligned with PMO standards, to guarantee achievement of project time, cost, and quality objectives. * Support tracking of physical progress for mechanical disciplines (erection, piping, equipment, mechanical structures). * Monitor and analyze relationships among physical progress, schedule, and costs. * Identify deviations from the baseline plan and propose corrective actions. * Support development and updating of mechanical schedules. * Participate in productivity, performance, and man-hour control. * Support cost control for the mechanical discipline. * Prepare periodic progress reports, KPIs, and performance analyses. * Support change control, claims, and technical variations. Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, cost, and contracts. * **What will you bring?** You will have over 2 years of experience in project control or mechanical erection within industrial projects. **Specific Knowledge:** * Project control applied to the mechanical discipline. * Reading of mechanical drawings and isometrics. * Physical progress and productivity control. * Project planning and scheduling. * Earned Value Management (EVM) – desirable. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications, Certifications, Training:** Mechanical Engineer or related professional degree. * **IT Skills:** + Primavera P6 + MS Project + Acumen Fuse + Intermediate / Advanced Excel * **Soft Skills:** + Technical and numerical analysis. + Information organization and control. + Effective field communication. + Multidisciplinary teamwork. + Results orientation. + Commitment to safety and quality. **Work Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day * **Work Format:** On-site * **Location:** Cajamarquilla, Lima If you require any **accessibility accommodations**, please be sure to specify them in your application **Advancing Together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up, and be heard.
