**SENIOR CYBERSECURITY ANALYST \- SAN ISIDRO**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity within information technology (Mandatory)
* Minimum 3 years of experience administering security tools (firewall, antivirus (Sophos), monitoring (SOC)) (Mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in vulnerability and incident analysis. (Mandatory)
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with cybersecurity vendors. (Mandatory)
* Specialization or courses in Cybersecurity / Information Security, Security Incident Management, Firewall Administration (Fortinet recommended), Vulnerability Management.
* Knowledge of ISO 27001 (Desirable)
* Knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Law (Desirable)
* Intermediate English proficiency (Desirable)
* Availability to work onsite in San Isidro.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday (Friday is an "early Friday").
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Implement information security controls and policies to protect the organization's critical systems and data.
* Administer cybersecurity tools (firewall, antivirus, SIEM, EDR) to detect, mitigate, and prevent security incidents.
* Conduct periodic vulnerability analyses to identify gaps and propose timely corrective actions.
* Monitor security events and anomalous behaviors to anticipate risks and respond effectively to incidents.
* Manage access rights, privileges, and critical accounts to enforce the principle of least privilege and prevent unauthorized access.
* Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams to remediate vulnerabilities, thereby reducing operational risks and improving the organization's security posture.
* Implement and oversee compliance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law to ensure appropriate, secure, and lawful processing of personal information within the organization. Administration Manager, IT Manager, Infrastructure Coordinator, Senior Cybersecurity Analyst
* Define and control policies for access to and processing of personal data to prevent misuse, data leaks, or regulatory penalties.
* Manage and control access to video surveillance systems (CCTV) to ensure only authorized personnel can access recordings.
* Supervise the use, storage, and access of video recordings to ensure compliance with personal data protection regulations and prevent misuse.
* Train employees on good cybersecurity practices to strengthen the organizational culture of information protection.
* Prepare monthly cybersecurity reports to inform the IT Manager and senior management about incidents, vulnerabilities, access activities, and overall security status.
* Generate reports on security events, alerts, and intrusion attempts to provide visibility into internal and external threats.
* Prepare reports on access and privilege management to demonstrate control over users, critical accounts, and adherence to the principle of least privilege.
* Present vulnerability reports and remediation plans to prioritize actions and reduce exposure to risk.
* Prepare reports on compliance with security policies and applicable regulations to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the Area Manager and/or immediate supervisor, inherent to the position, as well as comply daily and responsibly with Internal and External Work Regulations, Directives, Resolutions, Procedures, and Regulations related to Internal Control, Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Health.
