Job Summary: Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing geological exploration and evaluation activities to identify and estimate mineral resources in mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads geological exploration and drilling campaigns 2. Analyzes and interprets geological data and develops models 3. Coordinates technical teams and ensures safety standards Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing geological exploration and evaluation activities in mining projects. Analyzes geological information to identify and estimate mineral resources, supporting technical and strategic project decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise geological exploration programs and drilling campaigns. * Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data. * Develop geological models and mineral resource estimates. * Prepare technical reports and geological reports. * Coordinate with technical and operational field teams. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in Geology. * Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in exploration or mining projects. * Knowledge of geological modeling and resource estimation. * Proficiency in specialized geological software. * Willingness to work on-site under mining regulations.
