At Banco Falabella Perú, we are looking for a Senior IT Cybersecurity Specialist with experience in IT auditing, a methodical approach, and solid expertise in PCI, to reinforce our security controls. Job Mission: Administer the bank’s corporate security services and solutions to enable and sustain business growth. Incident and Vulnerability Management: Collaborate in managing the bank’s information security incidents and vulnerabilities, including audit trail administration and addressing vulnerabilities identified through corporate scanning. Implementation and Maintenance of Security Tools: Participate in projects related to the implementation, maintenance, control, and decommissioning of security tools, as well as in reviewing and approving use cases in the SIEM and other preventive solutions for SOC monitoring and control. Development and Updating of Security Policies: Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and approving the bank’s security policies, procedures, standards, and other regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with major frameworks (PCI DSS, ASA, ISO 27001/27002, NIST). Reporting and Indicator Generation: Prepare reports on vulnerability management, incident handling, effectiveness of anti-malware controls, action plans, and security technology usage; generate coverage and compliance indicators for presentation in committees and accountability forums. Participation in Technical Working Groups and Project Advisory: Participate in technical working groups and emergency sessions responding to security, cybersecurity, continuity, and fraud incidents; advise on projects and evolutionary initiatives to align solutions with the bank’s and corporate security standards. Management and Updating of Secure Configurations: Define, design, update, and manage secure configuration baselines for the bank’s information assets, leading remediation activities and coordinating with responsible IT and business areas. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in PCI / Security regulations and auditing. * Experience in implementing and administering PCI-related solutions, and in managing KPIs and SLAs. * Strong ability to communicate with multidisciplinary, corporate, and vendor teams. * Minimum five years’ proven experience in banking and finance security, ASA, PCI, ISO 27001, and NIST. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
