At Banco Falabella Peru, we are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity IT Specialist with experience in IT auditing, a methodical mindset, and solid expertise in PCI, to enhance our security controls. Job Mission: Manage the bank's corporate security services and solutions to enable and sustain business growth. Incident and Vulnerability Management: Collaborate in managing the bank's information security incidents and vulnerabilities, including audit trail administration and addressing vulnerabilities identified through corporate scanning. Implementation and Maintenance of Security Tools: Participate in projects related to the implementation, maintenance, control, and decommissioning of security tools, as well as reviewing and approving use cases in the SIEM and other preventive solutions for SOC monitoring and control. Development and Updating of Security Regulations: Collaborate in developing, reviewing, and approving the bank's security policies, procedures, standards, and other regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with key frameworks (PCI DSS, ASA, ISO 27001/27002, NIST). Report Preparation and Indicator Generation: Prepare reports on vulnerability management, incident handling, effectiveness of anti-malware controls, action plans, and security technology usage; generate coverage and compliance indicators for presentation in committees and accountability forums. Participation in Technical Meetings and Project Advisory: Participate in technical working groups and emergency sessions addressing security, cybersecurity, business continuity, and fraud incidents; advise on projects and evolutionary initiatives to align solutions with the bank’s and corporate security standards. Secure Configuration Management and Updates: Define, design, update, and manage secure configuration baselines for the bank’s information assets, leading remediation activities and coordinating with responsible IT and business areas. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in PCI / Security regulations and auditing. * Experience implementing and administering PCI and security solutions, and managing KPIs and SLAs. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary, corporate, and vendor teams. * Minimum five years of proven experience in banking and financial security, ASA, PCI, ISO 27001, and NIST. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
