Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Senior Operations Coordinator to supervise and provide technical support for assigned accounts, organize quality meetings, and prepare technical reports. Prepare technical status reports on equipment and infrastructure We are looking for a SENIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR for BINSWANGER, with certified experience, responsibility, and proactivity, located in the district of San Isidro. CALL AT 960 235 353 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise and provide technical support for assigned accounts. \- Ensure technical compliance with the annual maintenance plan and equipment checklists. \- Maintain records of CAPEX, major corrective actions, or projects per account. \- Provide support, supervision, and ensure with the assigned team the proper transfer of information for operational startup. \- Conduct technical visits to potential clients to gather technical-informational data for proposal development. \- Interview candidates for technical positions. \- Fill key positions within the operations area. \- Organize and coordinate the execution of operations quality meetings. \- Review documentary support for the annual maintenance plan. \- Prepare technical status reports on equipment and infrastructure. \- Prepare and deliver quarterly technical status reports, CAPEX and project status reports, quality meeting reports, and updated technical checklists per account. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Immediate availability to start work. \- Certified experience. \- Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of general services, electromechanical equipment, KPIs, infrastructure and maintenance, occupational health and safety, team and supplier management, and administrative and operational management. \- Strong communication skills. **WE OFFER:** \- Stable employment. \- Positive work environment and training opportunities. \- Full payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, insurance, paid vacations). \- Punctuality and attendance bonus. \- Partnerships with healthcare centers, educational institutions, and entertainment venues.
