In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Plan, coordinate, and lead project execution in accordance with organizational guidelines and standards. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and applicable international standards related to the service. * Manage tendering processes, contracting, cost management, and portfolio project control. * Supervise project progress, ensuring timely achievement of objectives within scope, budget, and quality requirements. * Coordinate with various technical and operational departments to ensure proper integration of activities. * Maintain up-to-date contractual and project management documentation, generating progress reports. * Identify risks, propose preventive and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of international hydrocarbon standards. * Familiarity with PMBOK Guide, tendering processes, cost management, and project portfolio management. * User-level proficiency in: MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Office 365, SAP SE, and Plant 3D. * Driver's license A1 \- Preferred * Intermediate English (written and spoken), advanced reading proficiency. **Additional Information** * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
