Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience as a field supervisor, resident engineer, or similar role * Knowledge of drawings, quantity take-offs, technical standards, and site safety * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (intermediate level) * Willingness to travel and work on projects outside the city (desirable) * Driver's license (desirable) Responsibilities: * Supervise daily fieldwork execution * Monitor project progress, work quality, and material usage * Prepare daily progress, personnel, and resource reports * Coordinate with resident engineers, technicians, suppliers, and logistics personnel * Verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations * Perform quantity take-offs and support valuation processes * Manage technical issues and propose operational improvements Competencies: * Field leadership * Effective communication * Organization and results orientation * Problem-solving ability * Decision-making capability under pressure We offer all statutory benefits.
