You are invited to join our team as the new **Social Coordinator** for the **Lupi** project and contribute to a greener future.**Job Description** -------------------------- * Implement the community relations plan according to the approved environmental management instrument, corporate social responsibility policies and strategies. * Manage the local employment program, local supplier contracting program, social compensation and indemnification program, complaint, claim and suggestion reception and response mechanisms, public consultation office, suggestion box, informational meetings, as specified in the project's environmental management instrument. * Analyze, monitor, and manage social contingencies; communication mechanisms; negotiation strategies; and prevention and resolution of socio-environmental conflicts during the project construction phase. * Maintain continuous dialogue with stakeholders from both the project’s direct and indirect areas of influence. * Manage the project’s virtual and permanent information office. * Support the implementation and supervision of social investment projects in accordance with the Community Relations Plan. * Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with commitments. * Conduct information workshops, training sessions, participation in communal assemblies, and informational meetings with local authorities and residents near the project site. **Requirements** -------------- **Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sociology, or related fields. **Additional Knowledge:** Negotiation and conflict management at various levels. Knowledge of human rights and indigenous peoples’ legislation and international standards. Stakeholder mapping and other social management tools.
