Position Summary: We are seeking a Software and Systems Engineer with programming knowledge to provide technical support, monitor projects, and perform maintenance, contributing to the technology team. Handling of telecommunications and cybersecurity systems We are looking for two licensed and professionally registered Software and Systems Engineers with programming knowledge who wish to grow and face new challenges. The candidate will be responsible for providing software support to the company's various organizational units, monitoring project execution activities (configuration, training, site visits, etc.), supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, and performing other duties within their scope as assigned by the Information Technology Team Coordinator. **Job Responsibilities:** * Administer and manage server, network, storage, and other critical infrastructure components. * Manage LAN interconnection devices, ensuring efficiency in telecommunications and cybersecurity systems. * Other tasks related to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Licensed and professionally registered in Software and Systems Engineering with programming knowledge. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced knowledge of maintenance for HPE, DELL, and Lenovo servers. * Intermediate knowledge of hypervisors: Proxmox, Hyper-V, and VMware. * Intermediate knowledge of Zabbix, GLPI, and Grafana implementation. * Experience with CCTV infrastructure, optical fiber (FFOO), and CATV. * Proficiency in security aspects of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (Intermediate to Advanced). * Experience in infrastructure administration (servers, networks, storage). * Additional certifications in telecommunications brands such as CCNA, Windows Server, etc., will be valued. **Additional Skills:** * Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability. * Basic English proficiency. * Willingness to travel if required.
