Position Summary: LOGISMINSA is seeking an SSOMAC Analyst to implement and supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, ensuring operational continuity. Opportunity to advise on safety for high-risk activities **LOGISMINSA**, a company specialized in logistical services for mineral concentrate, is currently seeking an SSOMAC ANALYST \- LURIN ✅ **Job Mission:** To safely, efficiently, and promptly operate fleet vehicles, ensuring container and bulk cargo transport during port terminal loading processes, collection of empty containers, and internal movements—fully complying with operational scheduling as well as safety, quality, and traffic standards; and to ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, thereby contributing to operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support monitoring and control of the Annual SSOMAC Program. * Assist with safety talks, re-inductions, training sessions, and deliver SSOMAC inductions. * Maintain the SSOMAC area database, including safety talks, trainings, closed corrective actions, among others. * Supervise proper completion and field usage of management documents. * Report substandard acts and conditions, conducting appropriate follow-ups and investigations to correct observed scenarios. * Advise and supervise safety matters related to high-risk activities. * Support safety induction processes, ID card issuance, photo badge distribution, and file organization. * Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections, and prepare corresponding reports. * Report positive actions and continuous improvement initiatives arising from operations. * Report and investigate incidents, providing information for their analysis. * Perform monthly SCTR tracking for all employees and third-party personnel. * Verify PPE delivery and monitor proper usage. * Identify appropriate PPE according to the type of activity within the area. * Support monitoring and control of the Annual SSOMAC Program. * Assist with safety talks, re-inductions, training sessions, and deliver SSOMAC inductions. **Requirements:** * Engineer (Industrial, Metallurgical, Chemical) or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Availability to work overtime and/or swap shifts with Sundays and holidays. * Availability to work in Lurin (near **Pampa Azul quarry**). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. * 50% EPS coverage. * 100% company-covered meals. * Commuting service from Explosivos Bus Stop to the company. * Birthday leave. * Professional growth opportunities.
