**LOGISMINSA**, a company specialized in logistical services for mineral concentrate consolidation, is seeking an SSOMAC PREVENTION SPECIALIST.
✅ **Job Mission:**
Safely, efficiently, and promptly operate fleet vehicles to ensure the transportation of containers and bulk cargo during port terminal loading processes, collection of empty containers, and internal mobilizations—complying with operational scheduling as well as safety, quality, and traffic standards; while also ensuring proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, thereby contributing to operational continuity.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide support in monitoring and controlling the Annual SSOMAC Program.
* Support safety talks, re-induction, training, and deliver SSOMAC induction.
* Maintain the SSOMAC area’s database, including safety talks, trainings, closed corrective actions, among others.
* Supervise the correct completion and field usage of management documents.
* Report substandard acts and conditions, conducting appropriate follow-ups and investigations to correct observed scenarios.
* Advise and supervise safety matters for high-risk activities.
* Support security induction processes, ID card issuance, photo-check procedures, and file organization.
* Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections, and prepare corresponding reports.
* Report positive actions and continuous improvement initiatives arising from operations.
* Report and investigate incidents, providing information for their analysis.
* Conduct monthly SCTR tracking for all employees and third-party personnel.
* Verify PPE distribution and monitor proper usage.
* Identify appropriate PPE based on the type of activity within the area.
* Provide support in monitoring and controlling the Annual SSOMAC Program.
* Support safety talks, re-induction, training, and deliver SSOMAC induction.
**Requirements:**
* Engineer, Graduate, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
* Availability to work overtime and/or swap shifts for Sundays and holidays.
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday
* \* 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
* \* 7:00 p.m. \- 6:00 a.m.
* Saturday (2 shifts)
* \* 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
* \* 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
**Total Remuneration: S/. 2500 for the established schedule.**
