Objective: The objective is to lead, coordinate, and control material receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch operations, ensuring record accuracy, timely availability of supplies, and compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. This position exists to ensure logistical continuity and inventory handling efficiency, minimizing losses and optimizing resources. Expected outcomes include reliable material availability, reduced inventory errors, and continuous improvement in warehouse productivity and safety. Responsibilities: * Promptly address COivo requirements from operational departments, ensuring material availability and delivery within established timelines, aiming to provide timely and effective solutions to internal customer needs. * Verify inventory availability in real time, ensuring that information provided to customers is accurate and reliable, aiming to deliver value to the end customer through trustworthy information. * Prepare timely reports and analyses to support decision-making by management and internal customers, aiming to contribute to overall results through strategic information. * Supervise material requisition fulfillment and dispatch activities, ensuring adherence to requested deadlines and conditions, to guarantee operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with user departments, logistics teams, and suppliers to resolve queries or incidents related to inventories and deliveries, offering rapid and transparent solutions. * Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, establishing priorities and assigning tasks to staff to ensure supply chain efficiency. * Ensure timely delivery of materials and explosives as committed, enabling efficient adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor warehouse performance indicators (inventory turnover, stock accuracy, response times), implement corrective actions, and propose improvements to ensure achievement of service and cost objectives. * Supervise warehouse staff performance, provide timely feedback, and train on procedures, best practices, and safety, aiming to strengthen their competencies. * Train and guide warehouse staff on quality procedures, safety protocols, and specific regulations for handling explosives, ensuring correct product delivery, aiming to strengthen team capabilities and facilitate performance. * Promote training and upskilling initiatives for staff, fostering new safe and efficient practices in explosive handling, aiming to develop the team and improve performance. * Verify that workers comply with safety standards, Written Safe Work Procedure (WSWP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Management Procedure (MP), Integrated Management System Policy, Alcohol and Drug Policy, Stop Work Policy, Internal Labor Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and all company-issued directives, aiming to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent incidents. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in logistics operations and warehouse management. * Knowledge of logistics operations management. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs). * Experience with at least one ERP system. * Valid AIIB driver’s license
