




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and initiative-driven IT professional to provide technical support for infrastructure, software, hardware, and ERP systems, with opportunities for growth and continuous learning. Positive work atmosphere Main Responsibilities: * Support in basic administration and monitoring of IT infrastructure * Support in user account management (Active Directory, email) * Handling of software and hardware incidents (MANDATORY) * Support in network maintenance (wired and wireless) * Support for enterprise tools (internal systems) * Support in equipment and license inventory control * Preparation of Excel reports * Handling of incidents at both user and ERP STARSOFT administrator levels (MANDATORY) Requirements: * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields (MANDATORY) * Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows) * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * IT support or helpdesk experience is desirable * Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and initiative to propose continuous improvement * Ability to work under pressure Desirable (not mandatory): * Knowledge of Active Directory * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum), ITIL We Offer: * Continuous learning in a real-world environment * Career development path * Positive work atmosphere Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
