At Siemens Electrification & Automation, we are looking for a Control Engineer with experience in power substations who wishes to join high-impact projects across the country. **What will be your mission in this role?** * Development of control architectures. * Development of basic and detailed engineering for control systems. * Development of functional specifications for automation and control systems. * Parameterization of automation and control equipment in the energy, mining, and industrial sectors. * Work plans. * FAT and SAT test protocols. * Signal lists. * Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, and PES tests. **What are the requirements for this position?** * Graduates in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines aligned with the described responsibilities. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with control systems for power substations. * Knowledge of SIPROTEC 4 and 5 relays/controllers configuration. * Knowledge of data concentrator and RTU configuration from various manufacturers. * Knowledge of network architectures and communication topologies. * Knowledge and proficiency in protocols IEC61850, IEEE C37.118, IEC 60870-5-101/104, ICCP, DNP 3.0 (TCP/IP and Serial). * Knowledge of communication equipment (switches, routers, terminal servers, media converters). * Knowledge of time synchronization methods: IRIG-B, PTP, IEEE1588, NTP, SNTP. * Knowledge of cybersecurity. * Knowledge of process bus solutions. * Familiarity with CMC test sets — equipment used for FAT/SAT testing of the solutions we develop. * Intermediate level of English is mandatory. * Must be available for domestic and international travel. * Interest in developing expertise in supervision and automation systems within the energy sector (electrical substations and power generation plants). * Competencies: Execution, Decision Making, Customer Focus, Driving Change. **Why work at Siemens?** At Siemens, we do not only design electrical solutions—we help ensure safe, automated, and reliable energy supply.
