We take great pride in delivering unique experiences and the highest-quality Peruvian fruit. **Do you want to join our team?** Participate in our selection process and become our **Systems and Digital Innovation Manager**. **What are the application requirements?** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of networking and technical support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ERPs and management software, cloud tools, intermediate cybersecurity, Power BI or dashboards—and especially AI applied to productivity—is highly valued. * Must be available to work both at the central office in Miraflores and at La Empedrada Estate, where hotel and agro-export operations are based (note: the company provides per diems, accommodation, and meals during workdays at the Huaura-based estate). **Which competencies are we looking for in you?** * Initiative. * Technological curiosity. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Analytical thinking. * Problem-solving. **What will be your mission?** To provide technological support and solutions enabling data-driven decision-making for both agro-export and hotel operations. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Integrate existing systems and subsystems across the estate and hotel. * Provide timely technical support to administrative and operational users. * Oversee networks, internet connectivity, devices, surveillance cameras, and all systems comprehensively. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. * Manage technology vendors and software licenses. * Administer ERP systems, hotel management software, and corporate platforms. * Manage databases and administer the server. * Implement automation and artificial intelligence tools. * Identify opportunities for digital improvement in operational processes. * Train relevant users on new technologies. * Propose business-aligned technological solutions. * Supervise access controls, passwords, and basic security policies. * Monitor backups and information recovery. * Prepare incident and technological improvement reports, coordinating timely actions with management. * Supervise external technical staff as required. * Comply with all company-established procedures and policies. * Other related duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **What do we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the agro-industrial and hospitality sectors. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
