Positive work climate **Main Responsibilities:** * Support basic IT infrastructure administration and monitoring * End-user technical support (PCs, laptops, printers) * Support user account management (Active Directory, email accounts) * Basic software installation and configuration * Support for network maintenance (wired and wireless) * Support for enterprise tools (ERP and internal systems) * Support for equipment and license inventory control * Excel report preparation **Requirements:** * Student pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field * Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows/Linux) * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Programming knowledge preferred (Python, Java, or PHP) * IT support or helpdesk experience preferred * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn **Preferred (not mandatory):** * Active Directory knowledge * Basic ERP experience * Cybersecurity knowledge * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) **We Offer:** * Continuous learning in a real-world environment * Career path * Positive work climate Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
