Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Systems Intern / IT Support intern to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, networks, and technological equipment at the clinic, providing support and implementing continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement continuous improvements in computer systems. 2. Provide technical support and prevent network incidents. 3. Manage system access and equipment maintenance. We are looking for a **Technical Systems Intern / IT Support** to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the clinic’s computer systems, network, and technological equipment. **Requirements** * Technical or university students in their final cycles of Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (**mandatory**). * Knowledge of computer science and programming techniques. * Minimum experience in: Cybersecurity, software architecture, databases, experience in **IT project management**, and analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Comas. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement continuous improvement measures for computer systems. * Analyze and gather information to address departmental requirements. * Provide technical support to equipment and users. * Prevent network operational incidents by applying security procedures (antivirus, backups, etc.). * Conduct periodic inventories of the clinic’s computer equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and servers according to the established schedule. * Manage system access by creating and administering users and passwords. * Supervise and manage appropriate use of corporate email. * Other related duties as assigned. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Positive work environment * Opportunities for growth Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which district do you reside in?
