We are a Project Management Company, and we are looking for a professional with experience as a Technical Office. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes according to the standards established in the Construction Manual. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, graduate and/or licensed Civil Engineer with over 5 years of experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and controlling projects in the multifamily or residential construction sector (Mandatory) * Experience as Technical Office, Resident Engineer, and Quality Manager * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to construction and projects in the area managed * AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, costs, and budgeting * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Work location: Lima **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for measurement control, valuations, and project costs. * Review and validate information submitted by all contractors, ensuring consistency with drawings and technical specifications. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. * Ensure all installations comply with applicable regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. * Prepare periodic progress reports on projects and propose solutions to potential issues. **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the field of project supervision and management. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment contract with social benefits **(MYPE Regime 50%)** * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
