A leading company in the Distribution sector is seeking top talent to fill the position of **Technical Support Intern** at its office in **COMAS**. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, IT, or related fields. Knowledge of operating system fundamentals (Windows, Linux). Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN). Proficiency with office productivity tools. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity. Minimum hands-on experience providing technical support for laptops, computers, printers, and similar devices. Resident of Northern Lima. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide **technical support** to end users (hardware and software). Install, configure, and update **equipment and software**. Log and track **incidents and requests**. Assist with **preventive and corrective maintenance** of systems. Diagnose failures in computers, printers, and peripherals. Configure user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions. Assist with inventory management of technological equipment. Assist with basic configuration of **LAN/Wi-Fi networks**.
