We utilize state-of-the-art biomedical equipment and employ a select team of physicians across multiple specialties. We are currently seeking a Nursing Technician for the San Isidro district. JOB OBJECTIVE Provide specialized technical assistance in ophthalmic operating rooms, ensuring proper preparation of patients, surgical instruments, and equipment, while strictly complying with biosafety protocols and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Diploma as a **Nursing Technician**. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in surgical centers or operating rooms. * Basic knowledge of biosafety and sterilization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare the operating room prior to each procedure. * Verify proper functioning of biomedical equipment. * Prepare and assist with surgical instrumentation. * Conduct gauze and instrument counts. * Assist with patient transfer and positioning. * Strictly adhere to sterilization protocols. * Record information in established formats. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor.
