Configuration and maintenance of network equipment AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is looking for a Network, Telecommunications, IT, or related-field Technician to fill the position of **Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician** **Requirements** * + Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or related technical support areas **Mandatory Technical Knowledge** * + Telecommunications administration and configuration + Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI, subnets, VLANs, NAT, DHCP, DNS + Basic handling of routers and switches (initial configuration) + Routing protocols (desirable): OSPF, EIGRP, BGP + Basic network security: firewalls, ACLs, VPNs + Monitoring tools (Ping, traceroute, OpenManager, Netreo, CyberArk, etc.) **Desirable** * + Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, MikroTik MTCNA or similar + Basic knowledge of wireless networks (enterprise WiFi) + Basic/intermediate technical English. **Responsibilities:** * + Dedicated Telecommunications Service + Telecommunications Technician dedicated to service (MPLS links, Internet, digital trunks, SD-WAN, microwave, and satellite), incident resolution, and service requests + Provide support for LAN/WAN/WiFi/satellite/microwave network administration and monitoring + Configure and maintain switches, routers, and access points (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti or others) + Collaborate in firewall, VPN, and perimeter security solution management + Assist in resolving network and telecommunications connectivity incidents Details: * + Contract Type: Indefinite + Work Mode: Hybrid + Working Hours: Office hours
