Job Summary: This position involves receiving, verifying, delivering, storing, and controlling materials, as well as recording operational documents and maintaining inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving and verification of materials and corresponding documents. 2. Delivery of materials to users and third parties authorized by the client. 3. Management of cyclic inventories and recording of operational information. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Receive and verify materials delivered by suppliers or transferred between warehouses, and validate their corresponding documents. Deliver materials to users and/or third parties authorized by the client. Conduct scheduled cyclic inventories, record and report observations and findings to the warehouse technician and/or supervisor. Label, package, and place received and/or selected materials for consolidation and inter-warehouse transfer. Record operational forms and documents (checklists, ATS, etc.). File or register documents such as delivery notes, purchase orders, low-value orders, safety data sheets (MSDS), material test reports (MTR), among others. Record material custody information in the corresponding database. Check material stock and availability upon user request.
