**Warehouse Clerk for the Restaurant Industry** At **Monstrous Sandwiches**, we are seeking a dynamic and organized **Warehouse Clerk** to ensure proper management and control of our inventory and warehouse. If you have experience in the food and beverage sector and meet the requirements, this is your opportunity! **Education and Experience Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or higher education in Hotel Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of **6 months to 2 years** as a Warehouse Clerk, preferably in the **Food and Beverage (F&B)** sector. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Inventory Management** * Receive, inspect, and record goods (perishables, groceries, disposables, cleaning supplies). * Strictly monitor expiration dates and ensure stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) or PEPS method. * Immediately report product losses, damages, or shortages. **2. Storage and Organization** * Classify, label, and organize products by type (refrigerated, frozen, dry). * Rigorously comply with Health Regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintain optimal storage conditions, including temperature control and area cleanliness. **3. Internal Logistics and Safety** * Efficiently distribute and dispatch supplies to production and kitchen areas. * Coordinate with carriers and suppliers for delivery and pickup of goods. * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to prevent injuries. **4.
