**Job Description:** Ensure the quality and authenticity of web traffic, identify and mitigate anomalous activities (including bots), and provide insights into user behavior to optimize user acquisition and website performance within the e\-commerce context. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze web traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar (or similar) * Identify and classify suspicious or unwanted traffic patterns, including bot traffic * Implement and manage tools (e.g. Cloudflare) and strategies to prevent and mitigate bot traffic and low\-quality traffic * Evaluate the overall health of the website from the perspective of traffic and security * Collaborate with the web development team to implement tracking and security configurations * Generate reports on traffic quality, effectiveness of anti\-bot measures, and user behavior * Research and stay updated on the latest trends in web traffic, fraud, and online security * Support strategic decision\-making related to user acquisition and conversion funnel optimization **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, or related fields * 1\-2 years of experience in web traffic analysis, web security, digital marketing with a focus on acquisition, or similar roles * Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4\) * In\-depth knowledge of bot patterns and detection/mitigation techniques * Experience with web security/CDN platforms such as Cloudflare (or other anti\-bot solutions) * Familiarity with e\-commerce and the Shopify platform. * Knowledge of UTM parameters and attribution models. * Intermediate English skills **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one * Monthly salary * Timely payments * Growth opportunities Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Web Traffic?
