Integration of key operational modules **Project Description** We are seeking a specialized developer or vendor to design and implement a custom internal ERP system based on Microsoft Access and Excel, oriented toward the company's operational management. The objective is to transform current processes into a structured, automated, traceable, and scalable system, working in coordination with the internal team. **Project Scope** * Database design and development in Microsoft Access * Excel process automation (VBA / macros) * Integration of operational modules (inventory, procurement, sales, projects, etc.) * Business process modeling and optimization * Migration of existing data * Implementation, testing, and go-live * Technical system documentation * Training for internal users * Initial post\-implementation support **Vendor / Developer Requirements** * Proven experience in Microsoft Access development * Advanced Excel and VBA expertise * Knowledge of relational database design * Ability to analyze business processes * Experience in ERP or management system projects (preferred) * Structured methodology and technical documentation * Self-directed work and solution-oriented approach **Engagement Model** A comprehensive technical and financial proposal for full system implementation is requested.
