Job Summary: We are seeking an Odoo support specialist to ensure the proper functioning of the ERP system by providing technical and functional support and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical and functional support to Odoo system users 2. Resolve incidents and optimize processes within the ERP 3. Configure and customize modules according to business needs **\*We Are Seeking an Odoo ERP Support Specialist** We are looking for a professional experienced in supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving the Odoo ERP system to help ensure the smooth operation of our business. **\* Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and functional support to Odoo system users * Resolve incidents and optimize processes within the ERP * Configure and customize modules according to business needs * Perform preventive and corrective system maintenance * Train users on platform usage * Coordinate system enhancements and updates **\* Requirements:** * Proven experience working with Odoo * Knowledge of modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Purchasing * Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL (desirable) * Experience in ERP implementation or support * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and user interaction skills **\* Work Mode:** * (Remote / On-site / Hybrid – specify) * (Full-time / Part-time / Freelance) **\* We Value:** * Experience in Odoo version migrations * Knowledge of integration with other systems * Proactivity and results orientation Work Location: On-site employment
