Mission or objective: Manage and ensure the completion of specialized studies, based on proposals to our clients, through the application of our technologies in explosives and digital solutions, to benefit customers while adhering to Enaex standards. * Develop work protocols, implement them in the field, measure results, and propose improvements based on highly complex technical studies; such as dynamic pressure evaluations to define minimum safe distances between drill holes using electronic detonators like Daveytronic. Similarly, conduct near-field and far-field vibration studies to establish damage criteria, P-wave velocity, pre-split filtering, and provide recommendations regarding slope protection using Enaex products and services. * Develop work protocols, implement them in the field, measure results, and propose improvements in projects applying Enaex explosive technologies; such as high and low energy levels to quantify benefits for mining operations and Enaex through a win/win methodology in operations requiring additional technical support. * Develop work protocols, implement them in the field, measure results, and propose improvements in projects utilizing Enaex digital solutions; such as Enaex Bright, BSW, Tagnex, Fragnex, Dronex, Opit Blast, among others, to quantify benefits for mining operations and Enaex through a win/win methodology in operations requiring additional technical support. * Lead the proposal and implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions aimed at improving internal and external production processes, with the goal of delivering differentiated, high-value services to customers. * Generate technical initiatives to increase quality and operational effectiveness standards, ensuring continuous improvement and process sustainability. * Manage, propose, and investigate the inventory of equipment (seismographs, microtrap, drones, consumables), among others, to report availability, calibration status, maintenance, along with new technologies to include in our value proposition to customers. * Research new developments in explosives, technology, techniques, and field applications to enhance EMTS area expertise through internal and external training and knowledge generation. * Deliver client presentations that clearly, concisely, and with appropriate technical detail illustrate summaries of value propositions. Requirements: * Minimum of 6 years of experience in mining. * At least 5 years of experience in blasting. * Preferably have experience in roles with similar functions and/or responsibilities leading teams and managing customer service. * Bachelor's degree and professional licensure in Mining Engineering or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization or advanced studies in mining or related areas preferred. * Intermediate knowledge preferred: cost analysis, slope stability, and the Mine to Mill process. * Intermediate knowledge preferred: digital solutions. * Advanced knowledge preferred: rock blasting design and execution, data science and programming (Power BI, Python, SQL), proficiency in PowerApps. * Advanced knowledge preferred: specialized blasting software (Blastware, Microtrap, Thor, JK Simblast, Paradigm, DAS, OpitBlast), English language proficiency. * Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in continuous improvement and management processes preferred. * Class A2B driver's license with at least two years validity.
