




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Business Development Manager – Azure to lead the development and execution of the Microsoft Azure strategy within our partner ecosystem, driving commercial activation and managing cloud business. We are looking for a Cloud Business Development Manager – Azure to lead the development and execution of the Microsoft Azure strategy within our partner ecosystem. You will be the primary owner responsible for driving commercial activation with partners, managing cloud business, and supporting strategic opportunities related to Azure, Microsoft Cloud solutions, and cloud security. This role combines commercial strategy, business operations, vendor program management, and channel marketing, with a strong focus on forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, and deal acceleration. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the Microsoft Azure business strategy aligned with TD SYNNEX and vendor objectives. * Manage the commercial and strategic relationship with Microsoft, including participation in business reviews, initiative tracking, and joint planning. * Own business tracking: partner-level pipeline, consistent forecasting, opportunity coverage, and acceleration plans. * Activate and support opportunities with partners as a commercial consultant, assisting campaigns to accelerate deal stages, service bundles, and integration with Professional Services where applicable. * Apply commercial models: discounts, rebates, incentives, and vendor programs to maximize competitiveness. * Lead end-to-end partner management: development, enablement, training, and joint business planning. * Administer marketing funds—MDF / Co\-op—by segment or initiative. * Collaborate closely with Cloud Architecture, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to design offerings, demand-generation campaigns, training sessions, and events per quarter / half-year. * Drive Azure adoption and migration, whether from on\-premise models or other public clouds. * Ensure operational discipline: CRM updates, progress reporting, KPI compliance, and achievement of commissionable goals. * Maintain ongoing coordination with internal teams focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, partner onboarding programs, and growth pathways. Essential Requirements * Proven experience in public cloud and/or channel management, ideally 3–5 years, within distribution, vendor, reseller, integrator, or partner organizations selling and enabling cloud solutions. * Experience with at least one of the following hyperscalers: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud. * Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS consumption models, and preferably SaaS licensing within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Ability to build consumption estimates, cloud infrastructure scenarios, and TCO analysis in collaboration with technical or pre-sales teams. * Experience in pipeline management and forecasting. * Experience administering MDF and executing joint demand-generation campaigns with Marketing. * Skill in negotiating discount structures, incentives, and commercial terms through partners. * Experience working with partners, channels, or indirect sales ecosystems. * Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields—completed or preferred depending on market. Desirable Requirements * Microsoft Azure commercial certifications or credentials. * Certifications from other hyperscalers will be valued. * Familiarity with Microsoft partner-focused programs—including migration, adoption, and commercial incentives. * Intermediate English proficiency for interaction with the vendor and review of technical/commercial materials. * Experience presenting to executive audiences, both virtually and in person. * Experience coordinating with Cloud Architecture, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
