Interdepartmental coordination and regulatory compliance. **Join Grupo SANNY’s team!** We are looking for a **Settlement Specialist Engineer** with experience in public works and preparation of technical\-financial files. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * 3 years of experience in companies executing public works and/or consortia, in technical office, cost, valuation, or settlement departments * 2 years of specific and verifiable experience in preparing and supporting technical\-financial settlements for public works, **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * 3 years of experience in companies executing public works and/or consortia, in technical office, cost, valuation, or settlement departments * 2 years of specific and verifiable experience in preparing and supporting technical\-financial settlements for public works, * Prepare and submit technical\-financial settlement files for public works, in accordance with current regulations and established deadlines. * Collect, verify, and organize technical and contractual documentation, ensuring consistency among measurements, valuations, and executed costs. * Manage and justify extras, deductions, time extensions, price adjustments, and other economic components of the settlement. * Coordinate with Technical Office, Cost, Accounting, Logistics, Legal Advisory, and the Contracting Entity to follow up on and resolve observations. * Conduct document control, verification site visits, and periodic reports, ensuring compliance with the State Procurement Law and the company’s internal policies.
