KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and supervise the team of commercial advisors. * Conduct daily monitoring of sales and goal achievement. * Train and reinforce sales and closing techniques. * Motivate and develop the team to achieve business objectives. * Analyze productivity and performance indicators. * Prepare performance reports. * Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team. * Propose strategies to improve commercial performance.
