Opportunity to learn about refrigeration and electricity A company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems is seeking an **Air Conditioning Technical Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the lead technician with installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks for air conditioning equipment. * Clean evaporator and condenser units. * Assist in disassembly, transportation, and reassembly of air conditioning equipment. * Assist in installing copper piping, thermal insulation, drainage systems, and electrical wiring. * Assist in refrigerant recovery, charging, and/or inspection under the supervision of a technician. * Use hand tools and specialized equipment. * Assist in maintenance of split-type, floor-ceiling, ducted, cassette, and other air conditioning systems. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety procedures, use of PPE, and SSOMA regulations. * Assist in transporting tools, materials, and equipment required for each service. * Report any anomalies identified during work to the responsible technician. * Carry out tasks assigned by the lead technician or supervisor. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in **Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electricity, or related fields** is preferred. * Prior experience of **6 months to 1 year** as an air conditioning or refrigeration technical assistant is preferred. * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Basic knowledge of air conditioning equipment installation and maintenance. * Availability to perform fieldwork and travel to various sites. * Availability to work according to service scheduling. * Physical fitness to perform operational tasks and work at heights, as required by assigned activities. * Commitment, responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
