Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to support construction projects in Lima, with a focus on field-level SST (Safety, Security, and Health) supervision, staff training, and SSOMA documentation preparation. Our company is currently seeking qualified professionals for the position of Occupational Health and Safety Officer to support construction projects in the district of Lima. **Please attach a documented CV along with up-to-date certificates.** **REQUIREMENTS:** · **Educational Qualification:** Occupational health and safety, Technical Graduate, Bachelor's degree, or Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Industrial Safety or related fields. · **Minimum 2 years of experience (specific field experience as an SST Supervisor).** · Valid certificates and/or attendance records for high-risk work training (work at height, hot work, confined space, lifting operations) completed within the last two years. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct SST-related training sessions, drills, and exercises. * Prepare SSOMA documentation for worksites (IPERC, Emergency Plan, etc.). * Review and validate PETS and IPERC according to site-specific work activities. * Monitor weekly and monthly SSOMA management activities. * Submit Management Indicators to Site Management and Supervision. * Conduct audits of IPERC, PETAR, and on-site inspections. * Monitor operational controls in the field. * Prepare weekly reports and monthly reports, submitted to supervision. * Supervise high-risk work activities.
