




Job Summary: This position seeks an Industrial Services Technician to ensure asset reliability and optimal facility maintenance in a manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the goal of zero failures and operational efficiency. **Position Summary:** Rotating Industrial Services Technician**Location:** Peru \- Lima**Type:** Full-time**Reports To:** Industrial Services Engineer **Position Purpose:**Ensure the reliability of Industrial Services assets (boilers, ammonia compressors, air compressors, reverse osmosis plants, HVAC systems, etc.) so they consistently fulfill their intended function within required performance parameters as designed for manufacturing or production, thereby enhancing overall performance of the Lima Manufacturing Plant by achieving the zero-failure objective. Additionally, ensure optimal condition of facilities **A Day in the Life of...*** Ensure actions are executed or implemented optimally and on time across all assets. Execute in accordance with engineering standards and maintenance fundamentals. * Ensure high-performance operations by maintaining SSII assets according to Nestlé’s strategy, using TPM/PM as the multidisciplinary approach to maintain and improve fixed assets, supported by AMM for lifecycle management. * Complete assigned maintenance activities during shift, including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, checklist preparation, inspections, completion and signing of machine letters, indicator updates, control logbook entries, and reporting using SAM and SAP \- AMM correctly. Conduct Failure Analysis (ADA) or IVPH as required. * Conduct scheduled shift handover (SHO) and follow instructions from SSII specialists. Read, interpret, and verify operational data recorded on log sheets. Coordinate work assignments among co\-operators. * Ensure efficient and sustainable factory-level operations using the 5S methodology, pursuing optimal energy and water management, proper waste segregation, and adherence to SHE policies. **What Will Make You Successful:*** Technical diploma or engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial refrigeration, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of technical experience, preferably in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industries, as a mechanical technician or refrigeration technician. * Familiarity with TPM (Planned Maintenance) is preferred. * Knowledge of basic electricity and instrumentation. **Competencies:*** Practicality * Quick decision-making * Working under pressure while maintaining composure * Assertive communication
