Job Summary: We are seeking a civil or electrical-mechanical engineer to lead project teams in consulting, technical studies, and geotechnical and electromechanical engineering design within the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead project teams in geotechnical engineering consulting and design. 2. Supervise geotechnical drilling and instrumentation installation. 3. Monitor adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized as a Civil Engineer or Electrical-Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on mining engineering and consulting project management. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles within the mining and industrial sectors. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading geotechnical drilling services, open-tube piezometer installation, vibrating-wire piezometers, inclinometers, Lugeon and Le Franc tests, SPT, CPTU, among others. * Proven experience in supervision and management of civil works and electromechanical installation projects in the mining sector. * Availability to work at the Lima (San Isidro) office and travel to mining projects as required. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the project team in consulting, technical studies, and geotechnical, civil, and electromechanical engineering design. * Supervise geotechnical drilling and instrumentation installation to ensure quality and safety standards during construction supervision. * Perform control, inspection, and technical supervision during execution of geotechnical components, civil structures, and electromechanical installations. * Ensure that technical studies and civil and electromechanical engineering designs strictly comply with the mining client’s requirements and regulations. * Monitor compliance with schedule, budget, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards established for consulting, civil works, and electromechanical engineering services. * Prepare daily drilling work reports in Excel and PDF formats for the client. * Prepare material, equipment, and tool requisitions for the project, if necessary. * Execute operational document management and technical project control, if required. * Develop and present the client with a field report on drilling activities, and deliver the project dossier upon completion of drilling and geotechnical instrumentation. **Salary negotiable.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have performing the duties described in this position? * In which district do you reside? * What is your salary expectation?
