Excellent organizational climate and professional growth We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly responsible **Academic Coordinator**, oriented toward academic management, teacher leadership, and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** Graduate or undergraduate degree in Education, Languages, Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination, educational management, teacher supervision, or similar roles. Minimum English proficiency level: C1\. Proficiency in generative Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or others). Experience in student monitoring and support, teacher coordination, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual teaching platforms. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the academic and administrative operations of the English Center and Continuing Education programs. Manage schedules, class groups, teachers, and academic resources. Supervise class delivery, attendance, curriculum compliance, and teacher performance.
