Position Summary: We are seeking a graduate in Special Education to support teachers and families in implementing educational supports and promoting inclusive education. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompany teachers in implementing educational supports and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) 2. Provide pedagogical guidance to teachers and families within the educational institution (IE) 3. Promote collaborative teaching and inclusive education Participate in developing the SAEI work plan. Accompany teachers in implementing educational supports within the framework of UDL and regarding relevant reasonable accommodations. Provide personalized pedagogical guidance to teachers regarding educational supports within the IE. Promote collaborative work among teachers, internal educational support services, and other stakeholders of the IE. 5\. Participate in awareness-raising and capacity-building activities for the educational community to foster inclusive education. Guide teachers in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and/or adapting educational materials to better serve students facing educational barriers. Guide families in implementing the educational supports required by their children. We are a religious order with over 100 years of presence in Peru. Currently, we have more than 800 staff members across our institutions nationwide. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Special Education. One year of experience as a pedagogical support specialist. Training in learning disorders, behavioral disorders, and diversity-responsive education. Specialization in working with children and adolescents. Residence in Chosica or nearby areas.
