**Description:** The Carpentry Assistant will provide direct support in the manufacturing of commercial retail furniture, such as shelving units, islands, displays, and special pieces for stores. Their duties include material preparation, sanding, drilling, basic assembly, and assisting with cutting, working under the guidance of the Master Carpenter. This position is essential to ensure production flow, furniture quality, and adherence to established delivery timelines.
