We are looking for a **Carpentry Master** with experience in furniture manufacturing and installation, focused on quality, meeting deadlines, and leading on-site teams. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a carpentry master or in furniture manufacturing. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines (preferred). * Experience leading work teams. * Availability to work both at the factory and on-site (construction sites). **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with project designers to receive work information and clarify execution details. * Interpret architectural, retail furniture, and structural blueprints. * Conduct on-site measurements. * Supervise installation crews across various projects. * Optimize, prepare, and assemble furniture using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines. * Carry out carpentry processes including cutting, edge banding, veneering, laminating, sanding, and assembly. * Properly package finished products for protection. * Train foremen and assistants in blueprint reading, tool usage, and processes. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under a small-to-medium enterprise (MYPE) payroll, with statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Project development opportunities.
