Acceptable documentation includes: an advanced-level Spanish or English language certificate issued by a recognized language center). **Experience:** * Minimum 10 years’ general experience since graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma. * At least 7 years’ experience in similar projects (airport projects) as a Civil Specialist and/or Civil Engineer and/or comparable or related roles. **Location:** * Willingness and ability to reside and work in Cusco city for the duration of the project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review, analyze, and validate civil discipline drawings, technical specifications, and project documents. * Supervise proper execution of civil works on site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. * Coordinate with various disciplines (architecture, structures, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure correct integration of works. * Verify that materials, construction methods, and finishes comply with approved technical specifications. * Identify interferences, risks, or technical deviations and propose timely solutions in coordination with the project team. * Support planning and monitoring of the construction schedule, specifically for the civil discipline. * Participate in the preparation, review, and monitoring of Quality Plans (PPIs) and construction procedures. * Conduct field inspections and issue technical progress reports, observations, and approvals. * Support quantity take-offs, valuations, and cost control related to civil works. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and supervision to ensure fulfillment of contractual scopes. * Comply with—and enforce—safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations during work execution.
