Job Summary: Provide comprehensive in-class support for children aged 2 to 3, collaborating in their care, attention, and stimulation while ensuring their safety, well-being, and socioemotional development. Promotion of habits related to order, autonomy, and positive coexistence Provide comprehensive in-class support for children aged 2 to 3, collaborating with the teacher in their care, attention, and stimulation while ensuring their safety, well-being, and socioemotional development. Main Responsibilities * Assist the teacher in organizing and implementing pedagogical and recreational activities. * Support children's personal care (feeding, hygiene, rest). * Ensure a clean, orderly, and safe classroom environment. * Observe and communicate to the teacher any special needs or situations concerning the children. * Accompany children during recess, arrival, departure, and internal transfers within the institution. * Promote habits related to order, autonomy, and positive coexistence among children. * Collaborate in preparing teaching materials and resources. * Support institutional events, workshops, and activities. Requirements * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Early Childhood Education, Technical Education, Educational Assistant, or related fields. * Prior experience caring for young children (preferably in nurseries or daycare centers). * A strong service orientation, patience, and a caring attitude toward infants and toddlers. * Teamwork skills, responsibility, and proactivity. * Preferred: Basic first aid knowledge and familiarity with early childhood stimulation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.600.00 - S/.1,130.00 per month Experience: * FIVE: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
