Grupo SANNY, a leading construction company in the central region of the country, is seeking a Construction Supervisor. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or completed secondary education. * Knowledge of blueprint reading. * Knowledge of identifying quality standards. * Knowledge of general sanitation. * Knowledge of proper use of tools and materials. * Competencies: orderliness, discipline, responsibility, effective communication, punctuality. * Minimum 2 years of experience in road, sidewalk, sanitation, and irrigation projects. **Responsibilities**: * Responsible for assigning daily work fronts to personnel under command, by crew and individual performance. * Responsible for continuously instructing personnel under command—workers, skilled laborers, and helpers—on the ongoing construction processes. * Responsible for enforcing minimum daily output per activity and monitoring crew progress. * Responsible for implementing daily, weekly, and monthly planning and scheduling. * Control and organization of work teams, assignment of tasks to each crew, and designation of an outstanding worker as crew leader. * Responsible for calculating the daily volume (in cubic meters) of concrete placement and minimizing excessive waste. **Work will be conducted in areas adjacent to the city of Huancayo.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
