Job Summary: Corporacion Grupo Sur del Peru is seeking a Drilling Assistant to carry out drilling operations, maintain equipment, and coordinate with the master driller on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform drilling operations following safety, health, and environmental standards 2. Maintain drilling equipment and materials in good condition 3. Coordinate drilling activities with the master driller Corporacion Grupo Sur del Peru is seeking a Drilling Assistant for projects in the Arequipa region. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Carry out on-site drilling operations in accordance with safety, health, and environmental standards \- Maintain and inspect drilling equipment and materials used during operations to ensure they remain in good condition \- Continuously coordinate with the master driller regarding actions to be taken before, during, and after drilling \- Keep the drilling area facilities organized and clean \- Prepare and position drill rods according to established procedures \- Prepare drill patterns according to the master driller's instructions REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education \- Knowledge of manual drilling equipment \- Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar construction or road projects, either with private companies or public sector entities, including experience operating a pickup truck \- Availability to work under a 21x7 schedule on highways \- Residence in Arequipa Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
