Position Summary: We are seeking a Psychologist to lead psychopedagogical support, ensure inclusive education, and provide technical guidance to teachers and family accompaniment. Key Highlights: 1. Advise teachers on curriculum adaptations and classroom strategies We seek a Psychologist with solid training in psychopedagogical assessment to lead academic support for students with diverse learning needs. The goal is to ensure inclusive education through early detection, technical guidance for teachers, and specialized family support. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Assessment:** Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning difficulties, ADHD, ASD, or other special educational needs (SEN). * **Pedagogical Guidance:** Advise teachers on developing curriculum adaptations and differentiated classroom strategies. * **Family Support:** Provide clear guidelines and follow-up to parents of students with different learning paces. * **Emotional Support:** Address the socioemotional needs of the educational community and promote healthy coexistence. * **Report Management:** Draft detailed psychopedagogical reports with recommendations for external specialists and the academic team. * **Preventive Workshops:** Design awareness programs on inclusion and neurodiversity for students and teachers. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with **valid professional license and authorization** from the College of Psychologists of Peru (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in school-based psychopedagogical departments, handling cases of learning difficulties. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in psychometric and projective test batteries for children and adolescents. * Up-to-date knowledge of Peru’s Inclusive Education regulations. * **Availability:** Part-time arrangement Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.15\.00 \- S/.25\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
