Position Summary: We are seeking a committed and empathetic Educational Psychologist to provide comprehensive support to students at early childhood, primary, and secondary levels, with a focus on well-being and inclusion. Opportunities for professional development and a healthy work environment We are looking for an **Educational Psychologist** who is committed, empathetic, and service-oriented to join our educational community and provide comprehensive support to students at early childhood, primary, and secondary levels. **Main Responsibilities** * Emotional, behavioral, and academic assessment and follow-up of students. * Support and guidance for students with special educational needs (inclusion). * Preparation of psychological reports and follow-up summaries. * Guidance to teachers on behavioral management strategies and addressing diversity. * Support and guidance for parents/guardians. * Development of workshops and parent education programs. * Promotion of socioemotional well-being and positive school coexistence. * Support in case management and coordination with school administration. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology (professional registration preferred). * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the educational field. * Experience working with inclusive students (e.g., ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, among others). * Knowledge of psychopedagogical intervention and behavioral management. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and organizational skills. **Valued Competencies** * Commitment to inclusive education * Capacity for emotional containment * Collaborative work * Institutional responsibility and commitment **We Offer** * Immediate enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system** * Fixed monthly salary * Healthy work environment * Opportunities for professional development * Stable employment at a growing institution Send your CV to: convocatoria@sanmarcelobs.edu.pe Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
