Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Lawyer for the Legal Department, responsible for structuring, reviewing, and supporting complex financing transactions. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in complex and high-impact financial transactions. 2. Lead the structuring of financings and bond issuances. 3. Provide legal advisory services in capital markets and structured financing. We are looking for a Senior Lawyer for the Legal Department with solid experience in financing transaction structuring and capital markets, who wishes to participate in complex and high-impact financial transactions. Position Mission: Responsible for structuring, reviewing, and supporting financing transactions through bonds, trusts, and other financial instruments, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper legal implementation of transactions. Key Responsibilities: * Structuring financing transactions and bond issuances. * Designing, negotiating, and formalizing guarantee trusts and securitization trusts. * Drafting and reviewing financial contracts and legal documentation. * Coordinating with internal departments, trustees, external advisors, and regulatory authorities. * Supporting due diligence processes and legal risk management. * Providing legal advisory services in capital markets and structured financing. Requirements: * Law degree and active bar membership. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in capital markets, banking and finance, law firms, or entities regulated by the Securities Market Superintendency (SMV). * Solid knowledge of Financial Law, Corporate Law, and Capital Markets Law. * Intermediate Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Basic English proficiency. * Master’s degree or specialized studies (preferred).
