Legally and formally represent the institution before third parties, fulfilling the responsibilities and limitations established by Cooperative Legislation, the regulatory framework of the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Funds (SBS), and the current Bylaws. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Administration, or Engineering, with specializations related to the aforementioned fields. * Master’s degree in Administration, Finance, Operations, or fields related to the position. * Minimum of four (4) years of experience in senior managerial or executive positions within the last eight (8) years in companies or institutions of similar nature; or, demonstrable experience of more than three (4) years in senior managerial or executive positions within the last eight (8) years in savings and credit cooperatives (COOPACs), financial system entities, or related enterprises. Such years of experience may be accredited through positions of responsibility held within HOSNI COOPAC itself. * Demonstrable experience in credit portfolio management and reduction of delinquency with favorable outcomes. * Demonstrable experience in implementing strategies to increase the cooperative’s loan placements. * Proven experience in improving the institutional work environment. * Compliance with the Technical and Moral Suitability requirements stipulated in SBS Resolution No. 480-2019 and SBS Resolution No. 4977-2018, as well as Law No. 26702 applicable to cooperatives, which include the following disqualifications: * Individuals who, within the last ten (10) years, served as directors, managers, or senior executives of COOPACs or Central Cooperatives that were intervened or declared in dissolution and liquidation proceedings. For this purpose, participation for less than one (1) year, cumulatively within the ten (10)-year period, shall not be considered. * Individuals who, as directors, executives, or managers of a legal entity, were administratively held responsible for acts that warranted sanctions within the last ten (10) years. **FUNCTIONS:** * Professional degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Administration, or Engineering, with specializations related to the aforementioned fields. * Fulfill responsibilities established under Articles 14 and 15 of SBS Resolution No. 480-2019, the General Regulation for Non-Public Resource-Capturing Savings and Credit Cooperatives, applicable to the management of HOSNI COOPAC. * Fulfill responsibilities established under Article 58 of the current Bylaws of HOSNI COOPAC. * Formulate and execute the Institutional Operational Plan and annual budget for the organizational unit under their charge within the cooperative. * Assess and decide on developments in the cooperative and financial credit market to determine the most appropriate actions for guiding HOSNI COOPAC’s financial strategy. * Identify timely networks of cooperatives and others to guide HOSNI COOPAC toward new development and progress approaches at national and international levels. * Participate in meetings with other cooperatives at national and international levels to determine integration levels, broaden horizons, and promote progress for HOSNI COOPAC nationally and internationally. * Seek new members as legal entities (non-governmental organizations and national and international cooperative associations) and others aligned with benefit-oriented horizons for HOSNI COOPAC. * Explore new investment opportunities for HOSNI COOPAC and its members. * Implement new development strategies and performance outcomes for the cooperative. * Improve and expand the organizational structure to fulfill HOSNI COOPAC’s objectives. * Make decisions on credit evaluations in accordance with the cooperative’s Credit Regulation approval matrix. * Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters, documentation, and information related to their duties, under personal responsibility.
