Advise leaders and teams on talent, organizational structure, and culture **Date:** 31 Jul 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **JOB MISSION:** Coordinate the People stream of IMO projects, ensuring effective transition of talent management, culture, organizational design, and HR practices. Act as a strategic business partner and PMO for the People workstream, aligning efforts among leaders, HR specialist areas, and cross-functional teams to achieve integration objectives and ensure continuity with a focus on employees. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage the HR integration master plan, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and project governance. Design and maintain the comprehensive People Integration roadmap, ensuring adherence to milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key dates. Coordinate execution across various HR workstreams. Advise project leaders and teams on decisions related to talent, organizational structure, culture, and change management. Support the definition of organizational structures, critical roles, and talent retention plans. Act as the focal point between the business and HR specialist teams for: * Recruitment. * Compensation and Benefits. * Payroll and Personnel Administration. * Labor Relations. * Organizational Development. * Talent Management. * Learning. * Culture. * HR Operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior experience as an HR Business Partner. Intermediate-fluent English proficiency, mandatory. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (including formula knowledge). Experience leading organizational transformation, company integration, or change management projects. Desirable experience participating in due diligence and M\&A processes.
