




**Peruvian company in expansion, specialized in telecommunications, we are looking for the best talent to fill the following position: General Human Resources Coordinator** **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree or graduate in industrial engineering, psychology, accounting or related fields. Desirable specialization, master's degrees or courses in labor legislation, payroll management, leadership. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications sector as coordinator, supervisor or leadership roles. – Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, knowledge of POWER BI **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \*Lead the planning, organization and control of HR processes (recruitment, hiring, payroll, training and employee well-being). \*Manage legal-labor compliance and relationships with regulatory agencies (SUNAFIL, MINTRA). \*Implement organizational development strategies and performance evaluations. \*Administer attendance and work schedule control for operational staff. \*Supervise personnel rotation logistics, shift handovers and leaves. \*Promote a healthy work environment, encouraging communication and talent retention. \*Results-oriented and team-focused, maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics. **BENEFITS** Competitive market salary Excellent work environment Opportunities for professional growth.
